The Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) mandates that all students participating virtually on the driver’s education course (36 hours program) maintain their camera open and are in view of the instructor at all times when the class is in progress. They also need to have a working microphone to reply when the instructor call for participation.
Students who block their camera and disappear, or are irresponsive when called upon will be removed from that particular session and will have to make up the unit at the next opportunity available.
